Check in took forever. Communication was poor. The tv in the room didn’t work. They sent someone to fix it twice. The third time they reluctantly gave me a different room but the AC was weak in that room. Ice machine didn’t work. Rooms were clean but that’s the only good thing.

The bed linen was stained and rough. The pillows were old and lumpy. If you afford it I'd recommend paying a little more for something else.

My bed was comfy, my room was clean and the pool was refreshing. We stay here everytime we come to town and will continue to do so. Its quiet at night and safe to walk around.

Stayed 1 night in room 135 was made to move to room 137. Both of these were supposed to be ADA approved last room had no chairs to sit, the fridge defrosted the 1st night in rm 137. When I took my shower therewas handrails and a bencin the rollin shower. As i stood holding the rails i lost my footings and landed on my back. As im disabled and have limited mobility i needed the Handicap shower There was no slip protection in the shower Had to have EMS , along wih fire department. And taken to hospital Upon checking out i was asked "how was your stay".My reply was it would haa e better had not the rescue and fire truck didn't ha eto pickwd when i fell and she said Sorr a right here there. Yeah, I got 8. I'm fixed out, gets just aint dope that I'll get stuff out right there. You go s***, s***, s***, s***, s***, hmm, hmm? No, that hmm, if you only got a peek over there. Our check in was quick room was pretty much clean, besides the bed linen was stained.

Hair all over the bathroom. Burn stains in the sheets.

Facility was mostly clean, stains on sheets, hair in shower. Facility terribly outdated

The motel was absolutely disgusting. Extremely disappointed. The room was very very dirty, nothing was wiped down from the previous guest, the room and toilet still had hairs and fluids from the guest before us, poop on the toilet seat with pubes. The front desk person was very unhelpful and didn’t even know what to say, acted like it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t want to give a refund. They had a a window in the lobby as if it was a bank to talk to front desk and the lobby locked, the person was very unprofessional. Got a non smoking room and it smelled horrible. The whole motel looks like a place people would pick someone up and rent a room for an hour for cheap. Parking lot had tons of trash all over the place. Mold in the room and dust all over the place, cob webs and dirty microwave/fridge. Terrible experience and staff. We were supposed to be there the whole weekend but walked out as soon as we saw everything and went to get a different hotel. Still have not received a refund. Didn’t even touch the bed but I’m sure it was horrible as well.

This place should not have a license to operate due to the condition off the property

Are stay was good very quite. The steps were definitely used and were in need of attention but all in all everyone was ok

Ive stayed here a few times. The rooms are clean and the area is quiet. The staff has always been nice. Very good value for the price.

Enjoyed our 2 day stay

The tub and sink had gnats coming from the drain. Hair on the counter top. Not a pleasant experience.

Blankets have stain and holes, bathroom disgusting, Dry dog poop on floor and only the occasional roach

Convenient close to food and shopping

This hotel is a little dated, and has some obvious wear and tear. But it was clean and everything worked. When I first got there, the first room, I walked into the neighbor had their TV blaring, the front office accommodated me very quickly into moving me to a room that was quieter. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. I like when the HVAC units have a continuous fan option, which this one did. So I didn’t hear anything all night long.

The staff was really nice but the room was very poor. A hole was in the ceiling and sheet rock or some type of saw dust falling from the ceiling. The tub had a dirt ring around it was truly nasty. I would love my entire money back for both days I stayed in that room.
