Great room

Great property to stay at. Close to all dining shops and check in and check out was a breeze. Responsive and helpful staff.

They inform me before checking in and during my stay. They sent me both emails and text messages to keep me updated. Checking in and checking out are so easy and manageable.

I liked the hotel, the room was clean, the bed linen was clean, the bathroom was also very clean, it was also very nice that the hotel takes care of the pets that come with you, the hotel provides beds, blankets and towels for them. Cafes, restaurants, and the beach are within walking distance. Thanks to the hotel management and staff for the cleanliness and customer care!

this property is quaint. If you are over 5'5" everything is small., Shower, bed everything! The worst is we stayed for 5 days and no maid service unless you want to pay $25/each time.

We chose this hotel because the tub in the room, and the distance to the Edgewood golf course. Upon arrival, at first, the room presented nice. It looked like the pictures, but a lot smaller. We were put next to the laundry and supply room, so we constantly heard people slamming the door. The AC was subpar, the room was humid, and the unit would kick on and off as opposed to staying on like I had selected on the control panel. The jacuzzi tub was horrid, it blew out brown slime and the jets soaked an entire half of the room when I turned them on. The only vending machine on the premises was broken, so had no access to water. 1 single cup was left in our room, not 2. I went to the office to try and speak to someone, but there is no one on site, ever. The hotel itself is completely virtual, there is no live person to speak with, it’s all done via text message. I attempted to leave the 1st day, a couple hours after check in, and was told that I could leave, but I would not receive a refund, not even partial. My husband and I ended up leaving after the 1st night. I sent my concerns to the “e-concierge” and was basically told they’ll look into the issues but they didn’t offer any other solutions or attempt to make up for the problems or try to get us to stay. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid $982 for this place and completely regret it. Save yourself the disappointment and headache and book somewhere else. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and that’s my honest review

The hotel was great! Very clean and an easy walk to restaurants , shopping and the beach. Staff were very responsive to any concerns. We had a noise issue with other guests who were very disrespectful to us and the other guests our last night there. We will stay again.,

This place is a must stay. Clean and comfy.

Booked a stay there for a concert I was attending at the outdoor venue basically less than 5 minutes away. Only downfall, was that I noticed spiderwebs near the bathroom sink. Comfy beds though!

The rooms are very clean and nice. It’s just the outside looks like old hotel from years ago.

Had to wait over an hour in my vehicle for room to be ready. Hotel office closed. Very poor service.

Just plain but clean hotel

We truly enjoyed our 2-night stay here with our fur baby! The property offers contactless check-in and check-out, and it’s in a great location—just a 5–10 minute walk to a private beach, restaurants, and more. I accidentally left my wedding band behind and immediately texted their customer service number. A live person responded right away, reached out to their housekeeping team, and quickly confirmed they had found it. Exceptional customer service! Highly recommend this place—we’ll definitely be coming back next year!

This was a wonderful hotel to choose. It is a contactless hotel, but I could easily call for any assistance that I needed. Our room was clean and it looked recently remodeled just like it was in the pictures. We chose this hotel because we wanted to stay in Southlake Tahoe on a budget, but still be close to all the casinos and restaurants. It was literally a 3 minute walk up to the main strip . We were not disappointed. There is a refrigerator microwave and coffee pot in your room. There are plenty of towels and soaps and shampoo, but you have access to get more if you need it. The bed in the hotel was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept .The hotel stresses a quiet stay and we did not hear a peep from anyone. There is a small pool which we did not use. We would definitely stay here again. **Some things to just keep in mind when going there some of the parking spaces are a little small on the edge of the parking facility, which might be difficult for someone with a large vehicle. Also at night, be sure to have your flashlight. The short walk from the main strip does not have any street lights.
