Great value, nice beds, very clean!

Had text message letting us know room was ready, key in lock box with a text with combo, manager very freindly and attentive. Room was clean and remodeled.

The staff was immensely helpful with our special needs, and recommendations for nearby walking trails.

I was greeted by the clerk immediately she had my room cooled and ready for me. The motel had recently been renovated so everything was new and the room was spotless. I was able to park directly in front of my door so loading and unloading was a breeze

This property is old but in excellent condition. It is very clean and convenient. Management is extremely helpful.

Clean and safe property. Nice staff. They did not make beds but did provide plenty of clean towels. The a/c didn’t quite keep up and there was some road noise. Enjoyed the nice, quiet koi pond in back. Good location for St. George but an hour from Zion.

Everything was great. The manager was great to work with. Then when we accidentally left something in the room, the manager called us and we were able to go back and get it. We will stay there next time we are in St. George.

Check in super easy and quick. Code to receive room key and easy in. Door didnt have eztra security lock which i thought was add. Tv didnt work. No service. Shower was clean but there was NO hot water. Tried different positions, wait. No. Cold or colder water only.

Air conditioning in the room hardly worked, found long dark hair in the bathroom, sounded like a gun shot outside around 4am

The motel is well-maintained and close to many great dining options. It was easy to get to and contactless check in worked great. We had a street level triple queen room. Some street noise but it didn’t bother us. Before arriving, however, we received a couple email messages about keeping the carpets and towels clean, along with the threat of hefty fines for violations. This was a bit odd and concerning. We didn’t come into contact with any employees during our stay so am unable to comment about that. Overall a great place to stay for a night but don’t bring bikes into the rooms.

Probably won't stay here again.

Simple, just what we needed for the night. Friendly staff

Nice sofa to sit on and kitchen amenities ie refrigerator, sink, etc. I didn’t like that the bathroom area countertop was very low, more suited for a shorter person.

Christine is the best. She’s always helpful and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

There are no staff on site. A note on the office that says "be back soon" but room keys come from a lock box, so I do not think anyone is coming back.. WiFi does not work. Dirty, old carpet in rooms. Signs all over the room stating what you are not allowed to do. This feels like an extremely budget property for a not that budget price. Would not stay again.

The perfect place to stop. The koi garden and staff were amazing!

This was a really great room with a mini kitchen and comfortable bed. Will be staying here again in the future.
