Very peaceful. Plenty of room. Like glamping on the water. We used grill and had plenty of room for guests. Viewed fireworks from sombrero beach staying on the property. Convenient to publix and gas station.

Loved everything about this property. I have a problem with hotels and uncleanliness, but was fabulously surprised by the cleanliness of this property. We stayed in late June so the house boat did get a little hot during the daytime, even with all the windows covered constantly. There were three air conditioning units which helped if they were running non stop. One thing I wish I knew up front: as it is a houseboat, the shower products need to be eco friendly so I wasted all the space/weight in my luggage on items I never used once. The bathroom comes stocked with these eco friendly items so don’t waste precious packing space. Would definitely recommend.

Loved! The check in process was super quick & easy. The Aqua Lodges are amazing. Brand new, extremely clean and stocked . Very comfortable. In a great location. Close to everything Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking steps away. We were beyond pleased. Highly recommend:)

Loved this property would definitely stay there again

I loved this houseboat! It had 2 full beds in separate spaces, a twin in the loft and a pullout. Plus a kitchen with a full size fridge, sink and 2 burner stove. We borrowed kayaks and bikes to explore marathon - both included with our stay. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the fish and hoping for an off season manatee spotting. It’s also right around the corner from Publix so very quick for late night ice cream and a beer for that porch.

Didn't get to see the manatees that everybody had talked about but other than that, couldn't have asked for more. It is a little tiny walking through the front door and passing the two beds (Unit #4) but that was expected and known going into it. The bathroom is bigger than I was expecting and the living room/kitchen is just perfect with a nice back porch for just relaxing. It was just me and my wife on our 30th anniversary so there were no issues with anything at all.....adding another couple or some kids may have effected it, but again we didn't need to worry about that. Excellent stay and great Management running the property, everyone was as friendly and helpful as could be. Thanks Yacht Haven !!!!

Highly recommended! Clean, comfortable and quite place to stay. Very accommodating, they allowed us a late checkout since fishing charter ended after lunch.

Great management. Beautiful setting. Near town but off the main strip.

Staying on a houseboat was very unique. The boat was cute, very clean and cozy. Unfortunately we barely slept the first night due to the super loud air conditioning unit in the bedroom. The second night we ended sleeping on the pull out trundle couch/bed so we wouldn't have to suffer another night. Unfortunately the pull out was very hard and barely large enough for two adults.

I’m just going to say our boat did not resemble the pictures and there was a lot of movement. The weather didn’t help! It was fun trying something new.

Excellent place, beautiful, super relaxing

Perfect in every way. There was a group of adults who all stayed together we expected to be cramped but it was way better than what we expected. Loved our stay with definitely be back next time

Really enjoyed our stay at yacht haven, the location is great with lots of shops etc nearby.We were on a fishing trip so enjoyed cheap beers at the Brass monkey 5 mins walk away most evenings! Units are like a cross between trailer and boat, i will say it was a little smaller than id imagined but that was never an issue. Manatees and Tarpon almost touching the dock, was so amazing. Staff went above and beyond , even lent us a cool box to save buying one for our trip, will definitely stay again.

Loved this place! It was clean & quiet (except for the roosters)! The staff were pleasant and helpful when needed. They have everything you need for a week stay or longer; like towels, kitchen items & toiletries. We loved watching the manatees. I would stay here again.

Very clean and spacious. Manager was very helpful and nice. Also rented boat and had amazing time
