Great place. Have to pay for parking which is the case for everything in Nashville. Room never seemed to get cool.

Very nice hotel in a great area. Walkable to a ton of shops and food places. Also close enough to broadway. Staff was great and room was clean, updated and comfortable

Great location. Walkable distance from the downtown area. The room is slightly cramped if travelling with family. Morning breakfast was a bit of a mystery on how it worked together with the coffee shop in the lobby. But it worked itself out in the end. Valet parking guy was really a hard working fellow.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, Music Row and alot of great restaurants are located walking distance from here. The staff was great , always smiling and very welcoming, definitely recommend this hotel

Enjoyed stay. Centrally located between Broadway and Gulch.

The room was very clean, the king bed was very comfortable, the sheets were soft and the pillows were comfortable. We also had a nice size bathroom with plenty of room.

Great location! Easy to walk or Uber anywhere. The staff was super kind and the rooms were amazing👌 Kevnar, Merana (I hope that’s right) and Victor were so wonderful and kind to us and our kiddos.

Front desk could not find reservation and made me think that we did not have a room for the weekend. I was charged two nights for parking instead of one and it took a lot of time to get a refund. Outlets in room did not work.

The location was close to everything we wanted to see. We walked everywhere and only used Uber from the airport to the hotel and back

I liked i was able to walk to alot of close activities in the city.

Parking is just extremely expensive. Factor that in when deciding to stay. Very nice staff and room. Decorated very nicely. Walking distance to Broadway (15 min)

The Caption is within walking distance to our office in Nashville, and it was wonderful. The hotel is new, modern and comfortable. Will definitely look forward to my next visit!
