Amazing staff, and very clean room. The room was spacious and upgraded. Had cable and was cozy. Definitely worth going back to.

Everything was fine except for the breakfast. Eggs were dry; I couldn't eat them. Sausage undercooked. I had a bagel. I love coffee, but not this coffee, left without taking any for the road.

First room they assigned was never cleaned from previous occupancies. Assigned new room right away. Second room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast in the morning. Convenient location just off the freeway.

Waited 10 min. to check in while front desk person was on personal cell phone. Staff was not friendly. Coffee maker in room did not work. If you want eggs or sausage for breakfast, don't stay here. Very bad. The morning of check out I received a text asking about my stay. I responded. Ireceived a reply telling me if I was ever in town again, I should find another hotel. I was "not allowed to stay there." Don't worry, that won't be happening.

Everything was great.

We had to cancel because of a death in the family and I called and asked for a confirmation email as to the fact that I called and cancelled because I purchased the insurance and I never recieved the confirmation email so I could make that claim. The person at the desk read me back my email and she had it correct but she did not comply. So therefore not a good rating.
