Perfect stay

The apartment was well located, access via the app was easy and it was cosy inside. It was however, very basic inside. It had three beds but lacked sufficient cutlery, crockery and glasses, no tea towels, a broom or dustpan and brush would have been helpful. Inadequate storage for toiletries in the bathroom and it was necessary to lean over the toilet to reach the sink. Toilet paper stored on the side when we arrived was wet from sink splashing. This was all easy to remedy with more hooks and shelves. The worst thing was outside there was rubbish, including toiletries and used sanitary products all scattered by the front door. The excuse was the storms- but is wasn’t cleared during our 5 day trip and surely a simple clip on the bins could avoid this. It was really horrible arriving at the apartment to this.

We are three adults traveling together so finding accommodation that can do three without needing to separate rooms is a big plus. The space was fine, I was particularly happy that there was a refrigerator and a kettle. The bathroom was clean and we appreciated the heated floors. There was a smell coming from the bathroom however, but I just put one of my shampoo bars in there and it took care of the smell. I like that the locks are electronic, it was convenient for us. But if you don't have internet connection I could see where that would be an issue. It's very centrally located, and that was excellent. We could walk everywhere that we needed to go. Public transportation was also readily available.

Room was spotless, easy check in and out, bed were comfortable and the heated floor in the bathroom was a very nice touch.

The apartment was in the perfect location. Everything in walking distance and plenty of parking nearby, also a disabked spot 15 meters from the front door. The host was always available by email and even took our late flight into consideration and without me even asking gave us a late checkout. Was very pleased with all the amenities in the apartment, including a washing machine and dryer with soap and conditioner available. Theres a toaster and coffee machine, hot water maker, and all the pots and pans you can think of. Saved us a bit of money as we made breakfast every morning instsad of going out and eating in a restaurant. Many supermarkets within a minutes walk and the rooms themselves (we had the 3 bedroom) were very spacious and comfortable. All in all, a great place in a great location with great hosts. Our experience at Bispegata 5 was outstanding from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful — they accommodated our early check-in for an early arrival and kindly held our luggage after checkout. Their communication was prompt and efficient, whether through chat or email, which made everything so easy. The kitchenette worked perfectly and had all the utensils we needed for our stay. The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the city center, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. It’s the ideal spot for exploring the area on foot. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the city. It’s clean, comfortable, and managed by a very professional and caring team.

This is the BEST place to stay, in Tromsø. The apartment where we stayed, in this apartment building, was just wonderful, in all regards. Very well located (quiet, but very close to everywhere you want to go in the small visitors' area of this town), cozy, well heated, very clean, very well equipped with everything we needed - and then some… - . Close to multiple, nice supermarkets. As for the way the place is managed and operated, it is quite unique. Very impressive. You do not see anyone (unless you rally want to), because they are not constantly on the premises, but you can very easily contact the person who is taking care of you, at any time, for anything, and they will respond very promptly, efficiently, to your fullest satisfaction. This was really our home, in Tromsø. With our own "hired help", of the most decent type. Thank you for everything, Wenche!

This was the perfect place for us. I met my husband and son in Tromso for a conference/ family vacation. Having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen really helped us avoid travel fatigue. Everything looked recently remodeled and was very comfortable. Just a short walk from everything you'd want to do, easy acces to shopping and activities. The only time we needed any transport was to and from the airport. There is a bus line directly to the airport a couple of blocks away, and uber to/from the airport was around 20usd.

Perfect location which was about 2 mins walk from the main street, and a great size room. The bathroom was a little small and some coffee pods/tea would have been a bonus but other than that I'd highly recommend staying here!

Grundsätzlich war alles in Ordnung und sauber. In der Küche könnte es ggf. etwas mehr Geschirr geben an Tassen und Teller sowie Geschirrtücher. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig gewesen, man konnte die Nachbarn von oben und nebenan hören. Check-in war problemlos und sogar etwas früher möglich. Sehr lobenswert, dass man sich bemüht hat, die Zimmer zu unserer Ankunftszeit fertigzubekommen. Müll muss man als Gast selbst raustragen, aber direkt vor der Tür waren auch die Müllcontainer, also alles gut. Ist sehr zentral gelegen. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch einwandfrei.
