The overall stay experience is good, but the hotel needs to improve its operations. The receptionist works well and professionally, but it is easy to see the lack of staff in other departments.
The swimming pool area only has 3 loungers - when there are many guests, there is no more space to store things, the staff is still confused. In the evening, I went to the bar to order a signature cocktail, but the staff did not know if the dish was still available - showing that the internal training was not systematic.
The rooms are very nice and clean - rated 10/10. The breakfast buffet is okay, there is a dish called Bun Cong Tu worth trying. If the hotel improves the training and coordination of staff, I believe the experience will be much better.
