Upon check-in, the staff were friendly, the elevator was secure, and there was a water dispenser, microwave, and luggage scale. The room was spacious for us, B4, with more space to store our suitcases and a hanging wardrobe. There was a hairdryer, shower, and hot water in the bathroom. Highly recommended; strategic location and a clean hotel.

The location is very strategic, very close to Pratunam Market and the Platinum area. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but they are very clean, both in the room and bathroom. I stayed for four nights, and the room was cleaned and towels changed daily. The price is still affordable, but the facilities and cleanliness are very well maintained.

There's a shop in front of the hotel, and it seems like it has the same owner. A tip: buy at least 3 items at once, which can be cheaper, and you don't have to go all the way to the market. The hotel is very close to Platinum and Big C. Turn right onto the main road and cross the street to find the mall.

Checking in was fast, but we had to wait until 14:30. There was also a deposit of THB1000, which will be refunded upon check-out. The room was nice and clean, and it's also cleaned every day. The room was complete with a hairdryer, heating kettle, and a pair of umbrellas. Location-wise, it is very good. It's within walking distance to Pratunam Market, Platinum, Big C Rachadamri, and Siam Area. It's a bit complicated for ordering Grab Car/Bolt as the hotel is located at the end of a small road. But overall, during our stay, it was recommended to stay at Ascella Pratunam Hotel if you want to explore the Pratunam area.

The family room is truly spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything—a 7-Eleven is just a short walk away, an MCD is also nearby, and the main road is also within walking distance. Free Aqua water refills are available in the hotel lobby, there's a luggage scale, and you can even leave your luggage in the lobby. Best of all, all the staff are incredibly friendly.

In my opinion, the hotel is good, the lobby is aesthetic, the rooms have light brown and white nuances, the staff are friendly and the hotel is strategic, easy to access everywhere.

The toilet is very small, but the location is very strategic
