Unfriendly staff...they really dont want to be there

The hotel staff were super nice, especially on reception, always happy to give directions or a recommendation. The room is nice, we had a lovely gesture on one of our birthdays, when chocolates and a free drinks token for the both of us at sky bar was left, what a lovely touch! Not many sun loungers by the pool but is only a roof terrace to be fair. Only other feedback is that the hanging situation is a smidge impractical if you are a lady and bring lots of dresses. You need to move the tea and coffee station for your clothes to actually hang. That feature is more aesthetic than practical. Otherwise the hotel is lovely, with good facilities and lush location next to the old town.

Great location for the old town. New and clean. Would stay again and look for this hotel group in other parts of Spain.

Smelly room.

Perfect location. Comfortable and quiet

Location was good- you could walk to the old city very easily. The pool is very small and there are no towels or umbrellas for shade. The bar at night is non existent- no scene or vibe . One sink in bathroom and no counter space for make up etc. bed was clean. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing- beautiful, pristine, and a great neighborhood.

Lovely new hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was the toilet in the room. There is a gap all around the door so no sound privacy should you need to go to the loo and your partner is in the room.

Breakfast is extra, but well worth it. Roof top pool is small. Gym well equipped. Disappointed that bar closes at 9pm.

The hotel was fantastic! Staff were friendly, everything was spotless and had a nice new feeling. Bed was really comfy and great pillows. Good location, easy to walk everywhere.

The turkish bath was amazing, the staff welcoming, the rooms were very clean the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The food was superb. Everything was great.

Very convenient location. Room was nice but a few complaints about the design. The shower and bath enclosure is 100% glass. Mostly frosted but one clear panel directly adjacent to bed into shower and sink area so zero privacy from room. Entry to bath has clear frameless glass panel you walk through and seemed unsafe… easy to accidentally walk into glass wall with edge being frameless especially in the dark. Bar in lobby was never open except for breakfast. Alternate bar on roof had very little shade and limited open hours. But plenty of places to walk to and eat/drink nearby.

A nice hotel in a great location

I’m could not fault the hotel. Beautiful rooms, friendly and very helpful staff, perfect location for exploring Bilbao. Old Town just across the bridge and then only a 5-10 minute walk to the main shopping area. Couldn’t be more perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Parking was far away and a challenging drive to reach! The hotel was very nice but some small things…there is no place in the bathroom for counter space. It is weird that a new hotel would be designed that way. Other than the parking it was a very nice stay!

Overall good experience.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would! It was amazing! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel and room were very clean and everything was so new and fresh. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated. It's in a very convenient location, close to the market and walking distance to lots of the sites, bars and restaurants.
