Regarding your review, we apologize that we always maintain our accommodation to a high standard. You described the room as rather old, with tall grass, and the mattress unsuitable. However, the photos you uploaded do not include pictures of the interior of Karra Room (you only photographed the exterior of our accommodation, so we do not know the actual condition of Karra Room). There is no picture of the mattress in Karra Room (as described, it is a queen-size bed measuring 160x200 cm). Furthermore, the trees in your photos match the sample photos of Karra Room; there is no excessive overgrown grass causing disturbance. If you have any problems, you can contact our team directly and provide a review with the attached images. We have already forwarded your complaint to Traveloka via chat administrator regarding your request for a refund since you did not stay in our room, including evidence and witnesses from our on-site team. Thank you sis for visiting Karra Village. We are very happy that you have taken the time to give a review. Regarding the water problem, Karra apologizes because it is beyond our control, reviewing our location at the foot of Mount Merapi we rely on water from the main water source (the same as the surrounding residents) that day there was heavy rain and wind so that a large tree fell which caused the main water pipe to break (for the entire area, including Karra) so we had to coordinate with the residents and village administrators to fix it, and unfortunately we used a shower without a bathtub so we only relied on the remaining water in the reservoir for the needs of the entire Villa. Hopefully in the future there will be no more problems beyond our control. Once again Karra apologizes for this. Greetings. Karra~
