The location is walkable to holbox beach. The only thing I didn’t like that you can hear people talking at night.

Just need to put another tras can in the room, apart of the bathroom, everything else is good!

The property was adequate for my purposes. The property is older and a little rough around the edges . The floors are concrete and need at least new paint. The structures are built with very thin lumber with some gaps that make the rooms very noisy. I usually rely on the star rating system during booking. I felt like this was very overrated.

Just perfect for our needs

everything was great except the fact that u can hear everyone from ur room because the hotel is build with wood so every morning the neighbours noise woke me up and also there no machine for wash ur clothes.

Everything was excellent

Located in the center of Holbox, walking distance to ferry and center of Holbox. Hotel is clean, room are clean. Bed is comfortable and towel are in great condition. But the check in took for ever. More than 45 minutes because the person at réception was trying to sell excursions to the customer period to us. Also some rules explanation that were exaggerated in terms of what really the hotel was all about. For exemple we were told that if you check out 5 minutes after the check out hour that you will get a penalty of $500 pesos. When I told the person at front desk the following day…. Was told that the hotel was flexible. So I believe it was probably the night shift employee that exaggerate a bit on the rules and regulations. Overall nice and clean hotel well located. Very affordable. But very basic service.

Place was alright, couple details was that bathroom didn’t have enough lighting, was kinda dark. Pool, palms, and hamacas were great! Making everything look really aesthetic and beautiful. Overall everything was really good and it is really close to downtown

El hotel está en buenas condiciones, en general está bien, tiene todo lo necesario, excepto que las habitaciones que nos tocaron no tienen servicio de TV. Por otro lado hubo una recepcionista del turno de la noche que le falta tacto para con los huéspedes. Pueden mejorar en su servicio y con ciertas instalaciones, como poner mesas y sillas afuera en las terrazas de cada habitación y no solo en algunas.

Room was okay, clean and comfortable, but I couldn’t used my aphnea machine because there was no outlet close to the bed, Everyone there were nice, shopping centers, a lots of restaurants overall everything was okay, but place doesn’t look like in the pictures

Great little property. Pool was fantastic. My only complaint is the beds are hard as rocks. But would stay again.

Great location, nice staff, rooms are good they only need to service the w.c because when flushing it had a water leak.

This property is in a great location. It’s under 10 min walk from the ferry port, under 10 mins walk to the main beach. In the centre of Holbox and super close to some of the restaurants. The rooms have good AC, but the layout of the building being made of wood can trap heat if not using AC. The property is really good but you can hear the road noise with the building style especially if events are on. Overall really good property, helpful staff and clean and very well connected

Lovely low key place. Nice pool!

The place was very nice - one thing they should add are chairs on the decks each room has a deck but no chairs
