This place was amazing. The amenities , the staff, the food and the attention to detail. From the minute we arrived we were greeted and received cocktails. The check in was smooth and the hotel was a refresher from many other places we have travelled. But overall the attention from the chefs was the best part. Hope to stay here again real soon !!

I cannot recommend Cannatel Hotel enough! From the moment we booked, the service was impeccable. Even before our arrival, the staff ensured everything was perfectly arranged and handled all our personal requests seamlessly. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests was evident in every interaction. During our stay, every aspect of the experience was top-notch. The receptionist was welcoming and professional, the room service was prompt and attentive, and the kitchen staff, led by an incredible chef, delivered exceptional meals. Even the tuk-tuk service was perfectly coordinated, adding to the overall ease and enjoyment of our stay. Cannatel Hotel truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel special. I had a great time at the Cannatel Hotel. It was very clean, staff was really friendly and always happy to help. The resort is gorgeous and relaxing. It's also well located and walking distance from that little mall (just west) where you can find a nice grocery store and some great restaurants (like Rancho Eden). I would greatly recommend to anyone and especially couples for a nice gateway.
