Arrived at 5 am and stayed til 9 am

The staff was very polite. A great spot to relax and unwind after a week in the busy city. Very close to the airport. 10-15 minute drive.

Great place. Only criticism is, staff should ask breakfast preferences the night before. They bring it right to your room.

Lovely stay at the Autenthico Sajonia Aeropuerto, the hotel is a quaint ranch style property. It is a boutique style hotel with very personalized service. Nestled in the mountains this is a perfect place to disconnect from all the hustle and bustle of city, it feels literally like a sanctuary in the mountains. The property is beautiful, serine and the tranquility had me sleeping like a baby. I felt very relaxed and at peace here. If you don't mind traveling back and forth to the city this is a perfect place to unwind and relax. If you are planning excursions just know that this hotel is not close to the city center, it is about 35-40 mins from most excursion starting points. I had to arrange transportation everywhere, it is not within walkable distance to town.

Perfect for a retreat (i.e yoga) or quiet getaway.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Ambiance makes you feel at home. Beautiful rustic setting Buildings and rooms were beautifully decorated. Simple and rustic. Loved it!

the front desk lady was not helpful, bad attitude and she pushed back to do everyrhing messaging on whatsup. no customer service oriented. the place is nice. but far from the city.

Great Stay at the Autenthico Sajonia. Property is really convenient being so close to the airport and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious, but top marks go to the service. Omar was great and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs Highly recommended

Estube por unas horas y me sentí excelente, el trato excelente, la comida divina.

Nos encantó como el personal nos trató, nos sentimos como en casa gracias a Alex, Francis y Jeny. Un lugar muy acogedor, lo recomendamos.
