My stay was okay. I was in the area on business, so the location was excellent. Everything I needed was nearby. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t like that there was no lobby. So I didn’t feel very welcome. I was not told about the cleaning fee at check in. I put aside a tip everyday for cleaning service only be told at checkout that I must pay for the cleaning of the room. I was told that the services offered here are similar to an Airbnb. Oh ok I didn’t know that. I generally don’t stay at an Airbnb , only hotels. I will be sure and inquire more closely before I book the next hotel. I don’t like paying a cleaning fee. Especially since I had to deal with an offensive odor during my stay. Thank you.

The place was as advertised. I loved the small kitchenette. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the streets. Will definitely stay there again!

Primero el llegar puede ser confuso porque el Uber marca la ubicación en el estacionamiento del Chedraui selecto pero no puedes atravesar la plaza. Segundo: el hotel es mejor de lo que me imaginaba si por alguna razón necesitas ir a tramitar la visa es la mejor opción, tienes todo a la mano,

The Hotel Staff and Hotel Manager were very professional and above and beyond friendly. We had some issues with two of our rooms, the Manager quickly resolved the issues. In my opinion top 3 best ever Manager and staff I've ever delt with. Price was right on point. The building is newly renovated we also enjoyed the rooftop.

El edifico esta en buenas condiciones, la decoracion y el espacio son agradables, solo encontramos algunos detalles con la limpieza, algunos utensilios estaban sucios, y blancos y toallas un poco sucias, de ahi en fuera esta en buena zona y la habitacion comoda.
