When the room arrived, it was very hot, ac was not working fast, this was very old, it smelled like dirt, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, in the morning there was a bad smell from the bathroom, we left the card at the door ready to clean and they never cleaned and when we arrived it was turned to "do not disturb" We would not come back sincerely.

The room was surprisingly spacious, and it came with a jacuzzi which I didn’t quite pay attention to when I was booking but a welcome surprise. As with other hotels in Latin America, AC is provided by a mini split so it does take time to cool off especially in the Yucatán heat. Room was clean and staff was very helpful and courteous. Only gripes if that can be said…no refrigerator in room so not able to keep beverages cold in room, and while they will lend you an iron with an ID left for security (??) they do t have an ironing board so you have to Magyver it on the counter or bed somehow. Otherwise a very affordable and spacious place to stay close to the city center and highways/interstates leading to local tourist sites. Would definitely book again!

Good hotel, clean and tidy, plenty of spaces to park.

Big rooms! Big bathrooms. The only thing I will complain is that they don’t provide hand towels unless requested.

The staff was rude and unwelcoming. Didn't even look up when we arrived, the towel rack fell off when I tried to use it, the sheets had blood stains and the shower sprayed sideways. There are stains all over the walls, the furniture, of god knows what. The pictures made it look nicer. I guess you get what you pay for.

The room was clean and quite new. And large. So that was good. But the location is very noisy by a busy road. The walls are thin so you hear other guests clearly. There are no extra features at all. Not even a kettle in the room. You cannot even get ice in the hotel. The pillows are very firm. The pool is very small. More like a plunge pool. There are no restaurants or groceries within walking distance. When you stay here you get a low price which is great. But just know that it is a very basic offering.

No breakfast nor nearby restaurants. Convenience oxxo store nearby. Pharmacy just outside

Ac took long time to get cool no enough toilet paper

El agua caliente se terminaba en el segundo piso. Las camas son cómodas, el ac enfría bien. Muy lejos del centro y de todo. ☹️
