Ver spaceous room.

Our confirmed and receipted booking wasn't showing on the system so we were told we couldn't book in. After a long and tiring wait, we were allowed a key. The room heating was off, shower bracket is placed at knee height so totally useless. There's a kettle but no mugs or tea/coffee and only one glass. Towels are worn and stained. A very poor effort - would not recommend.

Clean and spacious room, multilingual staff

Bathroom wasn’t clean, there was black hair everywhere. No bar or anything to eat or drink except a vending machine that doesn’t give change. It’s 5 min from the airport but transfer is 20 EUR per person which is ridiculous and over the top. They need to do a better job at accommodating their guests.

Everything was great except

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. It looks like it has been newly renovated. Rooms are ample and beds are comfortable. We booked for 4 but the room only accommodates 3 people - even though the reservation was for 4, we were given 3 pillows and 3 bathing There towels, even after we were moved to a supposedly bigger room, which ended up being similar. There are no amenities near the hotel. Although it was a pleasant stay, it ended in a negative note as we prepared to have breakfast. I honestly don't know how that can be called breakfast. Sparce, cold, dirty forks and knives, bland coffee. The decor matched the quality of the breakfast asit seemed like we went back in time. Staff at the breakfast station were unfriendly and distant. Do not pay for the breakfast if you are given that choice. Overall, the hotel is nice. Just needs small improvements such as making keys that actually work and having staff be aware of the airport shuttle that is available and advertised. I would recommend for a quick layover, but definitely avoid breakfast.

If you need to catch next day early flight - this hotel would work. It is clean, but looks like 2 star motel. I wish they had airport transfer included, but they did not, Communication was poor. I paid 60 euros for the round trip. And hotel is not cheap either.

Hotel is about 5min from the airport, very quiet neighborhood , clean rooms and friendly staff

While this hotel was fairly new, close to the airport and room was specious and nice, there was a major issue - no running water!!! Staff was very friendly and professional and they have eventually moved us to a different hotel owned by a same owner so that we can shower and get ready for another travelling day. However, new room much smaller and had only 2 towels and not enough beds and/or bedding. I forgot to mention we were family of 3... Considering this is in Serbia and close to its capital, this is should not be happening in 2025. It seems like these hotels were built with no appropriate infrastructure in the corn fields and I feel bad for people working there and having to face disappointed customers daily. Our stay was only for one night and with move and early flight we really just got to shower and take a 2 hour nap:(

Staff was very friendly and helpful, even loaned me an outlet adapter. Rooms are clean and new, bathroom is a little tight by American hotel standards.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the very start, the team was incredibly responsive, answering all of my emails and questions promptly and thoroughly. Their customer service is top-notch! The hotel itself was spotless, with every area well-maintained and inviting. The breakfast was absolutely excellent—fresh and delicious! Additionally, the airport transfer service was flawless. The shuttle arrived on time and made the journey seamless, ensuring I had a stress-free experience getting to and from the airport. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-serviced stay.

Great location, close to the airport. Super friendly staff. Very clean. Highly recommended. Will stay there again, if needed.

Cons: The black out curtains were not able to fully blackout the light, as curtain was too small and not on all the way. I couldn't figure out the air conditioning. On the way to catch the bus to the airport I was greeted by aggressive street dogs. Loud Chinese guests heard yelling throughout the night. Pros: friendly, helpful staff 24/7. Great continental breakfast.

Lovely hotel, big room, super clean, good internet, and fantastic staff

We stayed for one night waiting on a layover flight. We had the 2 Queen beds room. Very spacious. Mattresses are very firm. Clean.

Really liked it and staff was very good

Room was lovely , receptionist was so kind and friendly and helped us out when we needed it.
