Very nice staff.

Great staff and a lot of coffee shops around.

Excellent costumer service, the hotel is not far from old San Juan.

This is a great option for a small group or couple. Its in a walkable area not too far from the beach & places to go out. The staff is friendly and the cost is reasonable.

Great place to stay when traveling alone. The room was just right, only downside is the walls are kinda thin so if you get a noisey neighbor you’ll hear everything, but it was still a great location and I would stay there again

Amazing staff. Clean and on a good location. Noise tends to go thru to the next rooms though.

I loved the atmosphere in general. Although the surrounding neighborhood wasn’t really pleasant, this suite allowed me to feel more at ease. From the room to the staff it was a great experience over all and definitely one worth checking out!

What a great staff member whose name was Annel Torres. She was incredibly helpful and very kind. She made my stay at the hotel very special. She ensured we had everything we needed. She even advised us on how to explore the city as it was our first time. Thank you so much.

Personal amable, pero son pocos. La puerta del baño estaba dañada.

Plumbing was an issue and no windows at all

First night water pressure barely was present. Second day no running water from 11 am until about 10:30 pm luckily we were in and out of our room exploring the city . Finally when it did come back up pressure was super low barely could take shower .

Kind friendly and welcoming

The front office lady was very sweet! She help me with my luggage to bring it upstairs, she warm my daughters meal and she help me with the room code. I will recommend this place and definitely come back.

El staff fue A+, excelente. Más sin embargo, había liqueo de agua de uno de los cuartos que salía al pasillo creando un ambiente de exposición a caídas, la cortina de la ventana tenía bastante polvo, así como el tv y, el stand del baño estaba mal puesto ocasionando que se cayera un perfume nuevo el cual se perdió completamente.
