For the cost, the Swan accommodation was outstanding. Clean, everything worked and staff were fantastic. No frills, but we didn’t expect any. I would definitely stay again.

Close ro all amenities, had my food brought to my room by a member of staff which was lovely . I would certainly return .

Comfortable bed, great location and staff were friendly and helpful

Convenient location for a night in Central Lincoln. I cannot comment on how noisy it would be during term time though.

Nice little room, perfect for one night stay. Had everything needed. The only suggestion would be to add some light curtain so it helps with some privacy during the day.
