I presume this property will be undergoing a program of refurbishment as it is so dated. Comfortable bed & convenient but needs a definite upgrade

The room was spacious & comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom sink could have been cleaned better, but the rest of it was clean. It would have been better if we could have had breakfast there & the outside garden was available to sit in. All the staff were excellent & we would stay again.

We loved everything about it only thing that was disappointing was no restaurant open at that moment of time

Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, well equipped with everything I could have needed. Quiet, a comfortable bed and a great powerful shower! Free parking. Very accessible, very affordable, The only downside was no food but there was a lovely restaurant just a few minutes walk up the road. Would definitely stay again :)

Staff were excellent and professional. They made us feel very welcoming. Yes, its a bit dated but the rooms are clean, big, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom looked new and the shower was amazing

Was a perfect location and had a great sleep.

Looks very very run down from outside but rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. My only downside was I was charged three times for my stay

Was very comfortable and spacious. The decor could do with an update but had all facilities we needed. Nice comfy beds and shower was nice and powerful. Would stay again. We had a family of 4 and plenty of room.

Lovely property. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet. Easy access to places nearby. Will hopefully return if we have to come south again. Reasonable price as well.

We only stayed one night, and arrived late, after 10:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the heating had not been switched on, and the room was very cold. Neither of slept well because of the cold, so I'm sorry to say we did not enjoy our stay. The room itself was very nice, clean, and the beds were good. The shower was excellent too.

Never again! When I arrived they had no record of my booking, even though I showed them the booking confirmation. After almost an hour they agreed to give me a room. When we were in the room it was freezing, it was -2 in the room, we tried the heating but it didn’t work. Asked reception to move us but they said they didn’t have any other rooms made up. We left at 6am because we couldn’t stand the cold.
