It was easy to locate, nice room with shared bathroom, overall great stay , great communication (only stayed one night and solo)

Sheets and room clean and dust-free. Bathroom a bit of a tricky one because of the old tiling holds onto soap residue. Would recommend wearing shower shoes

This place was great, walking distance from Brighton pier and surrounding attractions. Sea view as you exit the gates. Lovely staff and beautiful rooms!

The property and room in itself were okay however there was a lack of any digital TV channels and no sign of an aerial to scan for them in room 2.
