rooms OK but nothing extra. Breakfast fine .,but some of the warm were not warm.

A beautiful hotel with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable, had lovely decor and was very clean. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice! All the food was top quality. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are visiting Harnosand!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel as the staff were genuinely sweet and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The food was decent, though not particularly memorable. Drinks were amazing! Well done The Scandinavian minimalism is elegant but adding a few warmer touches like fresh flowers, more color or things such as robes in the rooms, could elevate the experience and subtly encourage guests to enjoy the spa more. One point to consider is the value: for the price, I expected a bit more. For example, access to the pool next door or one spa visit included. The hotel has a lot of potential. A touch of live music in the restaurant on weekend evenings or just creating a more vibrant and cozy atmosphere and could go a long way. It’s a charming place with a bit more warmth and energy, it could be truly exceptional!

This was a last-minute reservation. It did not disappoint. The hotel is very nice, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was really good.

Hemska kuddar! Höga och hårda ! Jag fick nackspärr! Inga vanliga glas på rummet eller toaletten . Bara 2 st vinglas .

Fint hotell men när vi skulle checka in låg systemet nere så fick vänta. När vi fått rummet var det extremt varmt och fönster gick inte att öppna och AC fanns ej. Det fanns lediga bord i restaurangen men den juniora otrevliga personalen lyckades till slut förklara att köket inte kunde ta emot fler beställningar och därför fick vi gå någon annanstans och äta. Rummet i övrigt var fint och gymmet toppen!

Överlag bra vistelse. Det enda tråkiga var de glutenfria alternativen på frukosten. När det serveras flera olika brödsorter på den vanliga hyllan kan man tänka sig att det skulle finnas mer alternativ än ett glutenfritt bröd.

Underbar mat och baren var underbar!

Ett boende helt rätt i tiden, rent, bra ytor, fina och praktiska rum.
