Very nice small hotel in the center of Madrid. The staff is extremely helpful.

Great location Lots of steps to get to rooms, rooms were kind of tight

La ubicación es espectacular. Cerca caminando de todo lo que importa. Muy elegante el baño y muy pero muy limpio. La habitación cuádruple fue ideal para nuestra familia (2 adultos y 2 menores). El desayuno continental incluido es práctico. Experiencia inmejorable. 10/10

Exelente estadía. Muy limpio…prolijo…no nos cambiaron toallas por no avisar…pero en cuanto dimos aviso lo hicieron. La ubicación es inmejorable. Voy a volver seguramente.

Really comfortable bed and pillows, great shower, coffee in the morning and ham and bread! The place was very quiet. It was small, but very comfortable and I would stay there again!

The place overall was clean and the room large and had what you need but like with all hotels it comes down to the lottery of the room. Unfortunately I was in one whereby whoever was upstairs (which I think was a different business) started moving furniture at 5am plus by windows were at street level with a smoking area so couldn't open the curtains for privacy reasons. But overall a decent place in a good location.

Central to a lot of tourist sites, shopping and restaurants. Communication with Hosts were good. Access via code worked except for last day and had to knock on front door. Room was smaller than expected (knew it wouldn't be huge just hard to picture). Room faced inner courtyard which didn't allow much natural light and I kept curtains closed to protect privacy. Room had fridge which was helpful.
