We really enjoyed our stay at RS Boutique Apartments. The whole experience was a safe, clean and pleasant holiday. The app to access the apartment and facilities worked perfectly and made life easy. The room was very well appointed with modern equipment with everything necessary for our stay. The area surrounding the apartments felt safe, was great for shopping, photography opportunities, dining out etc. We would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you to the staff that were so helpful with ordering taxis etc.

The bed were comfortable lots of hot water and excellent water pressure. The aircon. worked well. Maid service everyday was efficient and a nice surprise. The receptionist were very help and spoke enough English for us to communicate. There were some annoying discretions 1/ there were 4 cereal bowls but no large bowl to make a salad any items they provide was a welcome gift and you were expected to go out and purchase more if needed eg. 1 oz dish liquid for 6 days stay? The laundry is free but takes 3 hours and the instruction were mostly local shopping for not clear and only in Spanish we had to go on YouTube to finial figure it out. The central market is wonderful just local shopping. We cooked and ate all our meals at the apartment. Most of the restaurant food we saw on our walks did not appeal to us. Use the Tram system it is efficient cheap and easy to use we explored the costal area and surrounding are in the city by just riding the Tram.

Definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming back !

Central to city, Good transport connections. Clean and tidy, very modern decor. A little soulless. AC heating was a mystery at first, some instructions would be helpful. Very comfortable bed. Very close ro many restaurants.

Great place to stay!

Very nice clean apartment. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Great apartment, spotlessly clean with an elegant feel. We were a party of 2 adults and stayed in a premium apartment on 4th floor, felt spacious, good bathroom and very comfy bed, good hob, oven and dining area if you don't want to go out and eat. Apartment block felt secure in a good area and safe provided in the bedroom. We had good communication from hotel prior to and during our stay and found all staff to be friendly, efficient and helpful and particularly the delightful housekeeping lady the first 2 days we were there, didn't get her name, but she had the most wonderful smile and manner, all makes such a difference! Location of property excellent, within a few minutes walk of stunning marina, cathedral, great restaurants, shops and supermarket with main bus station and trains nearby too, took bus from airport going and very easy. Lovely beach nearby and walk up to the castle highly recommended, views from the top well worth it, went twice and watched the beautiful sunset. Overall loved this place and would definitely stay again.

Super apartment in central Alicante. Very close to the sea and city centre. Apartment with panoramic view was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Great apartment fully equipped in central location and near beach

This is a great place to stay due to its position. Everything is right on the doorstep or within a 10 minute walk. The flat is really functional and a very comfortable bed. Being a bit of a techie loved how you enter the building etc. Although not sure what you'd do if you left your phone in the flat by mistake when staff have left for the day. I booked this as pay on the day but they have a policy of requesting payment before you arrive. Not an issue but maybe something to look at if they are charging more for pay on the day rather than at time of booking. I just can't remember if they did charge more.

It was an easy check in which was sent to us via message. The apartment was beautiful, modern and well looked after. The hotel is right in the centre of the city with 5 minute walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and bars. We would definitely be back.

We stayed at RS Boutique Apartment last July. Spectacular. It exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness, security, the friendliness of the staff, always willing to help you. The spacious rooms were very clean and fresh. Thank you all. Especially to Arisel, who was very kind. Our stay was very pleasant. We recommend it. Thanks again.
