Very comfortable hotel with nice design, not a cold business hotel like you would expect in the area

It’s a clean, modern building with lots of good technology but the location isn’t terrific for international travelers. They run a shuttle to the airport but it only goes to terminal 4. If you are traveling from terminal 1 it is a 18.75 euro taxi… better to stay downtown and pay an extra 20 euro for a better location…

Good location, close to airport, and near supermarket

Front desk staff was very helpful with booking taxis for my family & I since we had a 4yo and infant. Also love how fuss free the airport shuttle was. Our rooms were very spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable too. Overall a wonderful stay especially if you have an early flight out of Madrid.

I really liked the hotel. It was nice, modern, and had a very good atmosphere. I liked the rooftop bar. The food was great. It is conveniently close to the airport as well.

From check in to departures all the staff were amazing made you feel like family Room was large & mini bar free which was a plus Assistant manager so lovely & helpful Would definitely recommend this hotel cannot wait to return

El staff no conoce de amabilidad, no puedo entender como personas así trabajan con servicio al caliente. Visité solo una vez el restaurant, nos trataron pésimo, el mesero empujó a mi hijo y nunca se disculpó, nunca me llevaron la cuenta; hasta que me fui a buscarla a la barra pero eso no me impresionó luego del trato que me dieron en el check in. Uno de los meseros (el mismo que empujó a mi hijo) un hombre adulto de unos 30-35 años lo vi coqueteando con dos niñas 15-16 años que viajaban solas o al menos cenaban solas, horrible!!! Con la limpieza, el hotel a primera vista se ve limpio pero el shower de mi habitación estaba súper sucio.

What a great stay! We only stayed 1 night as our final destination from Madrid to Miami after a 2 week trip across Europe and thankfully we stayed here. Recently opened in September of 2024, the area was modern & chic with pops of color, staff was very friendly, rooms were impeccable and breakfast was delicious! The gym looked amazing, and they were even holding a business conference it seemed like. The complimentary shuttle was a cherry on top! The area around the hotel is clearly brand new and some under construction which adds the modern feel. We were 3 adults and were given connecting rooms which felt very roomy and private which was nice. They also were kind enough to let us check in early. I would definitely come back!

Some of the items on the breakfast bar were actually cold. Mainly the eggs and bacon.

Everything was great however, the bed mattresses need to be updated!

Stayed just one night before flying out and we were pleasantly surprised by this gem. it looks brand new. The rooms were comfy, clean and spacious. We ate lunch at the restaurant on the main floor and had the best burgers we can remember. Drinks and snacks on the rooftop bar. Not much of a view... but a lovely spot. The gym was way beyond what you normally find at this prince point, and it was bright, spacious and inviting. EVERY staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful.
