The staff provided good service and very informational. Room is spacious and clean. It is very convenient they offer free shuttle to Madrid airport.

Great property near the airport, 5-10 minutes away. Clean modern rooms. Food and service were excellent. Staff helpful. Had dinner one night and the massive (selection of items) breakfast buffet the next morning. Our travels were done and the trip to the airport was the next morning. So very convenient for travel.

We decided on having the breakfast at this hotel and were not disappointed. It was a very extensive buffet and probably one of the best hotel breakfast buffets that we had ever experienced.

This place is perfect for a quick layover in Madrid. The staff? Super accommodating. The hotel? Has awesome vibes and a great breakfast. The rooftop pool and bar? Top notch. Highly highly recommend this place it’s awesome.

Extremely close To the airport! I loved the shuttle (terminal 4) to and from the airport.. FREE!!!! The hotel is incredibly clean, modern and felt like a 5 star 🌟 hotel in its customer service! Loved it! My kids and I loved the pool as well.

I absolutely love the Innside hotels, they're warm and inviting. The restaurants are excellent and the bar area isn't loud. The rooms are big and comfortable. The refrigerator is stocked for free daily. I will always look for an Innside hotel wherever I travel.

The drinks on the mini bar was included, the room was big, we had 2 rooms connected and they gave us a section! The kids love it. The breakfast was very good!

Toilet was not working when we arrived, we let front desk know, so mantainance guy showed up they said fixed work one time and did not work again, terrible experience!! The hotel is nice miser classic of a innside

The staff was helpful during our last day in Madrid. The only thing weird is they don't provide toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush and shower cap. The room was bear with those. The pool is not that big as I expected. It was too windy and cold to swim. We didn't avail any breakfast since we checked-out earlier that the restaurant opens.

This is a modern hotel very close to the Madrid airport. It is great for flyers in or out of terminal 4 with their shuttle service. The only disappointment was the hotel's restaurant. The food was very mediocre. The rooftop bar is nice, but eat somewhere else.
