The room was really neat, tidy and modern. Was great for a solo traveller and would be great for a couple. Right next to Gran Via you are essentially in the direct middle of Madrid. This means you can access everything very quickly, so if you are looking at a few properties the extra cost of this one is worth it for time maximising. Some great nearby places are Oink, San Gines Chocolate and Tiki Tacos. Also be sure to try and go to a football match whilst you are in Madrid. Only about €25 and was an amazing experience.

Loved it. Felt very safe especially as a solo traveler.

My last night was a little noisy by the hallway, even beyond 11 pm, which is supposed to be quiet hours. The location is great, and the staff is courteous. I would love if the room had a microwave, slippers were provided, and bottled water was available instead.

This is a hostal not an hotel. They did not have any ac and weird sounds all night long

Tiny bathroom, no curbside car service , very noisy street even at night . Also when booking through Expedia it said nothing about this being a Hostel. I never stay in Hostels.

Great location! Centrally located, yet quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful, but be aware of the limited reception hours (there is a 24/7 phone line, but no phone in the room).
