Very nice and helpful staff and great location

Friendly place to stay

Place can become home to late night party people, but we heard only happy sounds. Management/Front desk was excellent and very informative.

The hostel was excellent! Basic and clean facilities, but that’s all you need when you’re out all day. Olly was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and took time when we checked in to throughly explain niche spots and recommend travel plans. Great location super close to the beach and plenty of cafes as well. Only downside is the bathroom water pressure and drainage, it’s very weak. But even this wasn’t the biggest deal.

Olly the manager was very welcoming and helpful. A good stop our 1 night stay.

Had a great stay. Perfect base for a short break. It's nothing fancy nor pretends to be but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Olly was super helpful and is a credit to the place.

Great communication from the helpful Olly as our flight was delayed-room is basic but spotlessly clean and beds are really comfortable

Lovely welcome at Reception and extremely helpful. Basic accommodation but room was neat and smelt lovely of fabric softener. We only booked the room for one day as we had a very late flight and the accommodation was very close to the airpoirt so we used it as a base to enjoy our last day. Will definitely use again

Its loud but eventually quiets down. What was wonderful abiut this place, Jack, the hostel manager. He was SO helpful and kind. Jack is the reason why you should stay there.

Was great and we had our own bathroom . Staff are great and super helpful and friendly.

Tremendously enjoyed my 12 nights & full 11days staying in Atlanta thanks to the very polite, friendly & helpful staff fronted by Tim, even before my arrival at their reception, as not only did Tim agree with my arrival-time estimate (ETA) quest to be 6-8pm in order to accommodate it to my flight-landing at Palma airport, but also kindly arranged to add my extra-night stay ahead/prior to my already booked/reserved 11 nights & all of it in the same room only few days before flying to Mallorca & staying in Atlanta so that I did not have to worry about bridging the gap between my arrival to the places I have never been before (as it was my 1st trip to Palma de Mallorca ever!) & starting to use my booked accommodation ie over that whole first night in an unknown city. He also kindly helped me in a crisis provoked by my own fault, by accepting my pre-booked single-room payment to Atlanta by my credit-card, only by getting necessary credit-card’s details from me, without presenting/showing the very credit-card to him as I arrived in Palma with NO credit cards in my wallet & with a cash sufficient to pay my 12-days single-room accommodation yet insufficient to comfortably enjoying my full holiday/journey, which was really helpful & commendable in terms of caring for the customers. I was also pleased by the Atlanta location, which was really the best I was looking & hoping for, exactly as it is, with all other relevant info, advertised on your (www.hotels.com) web-site.THANKS

It was a comfortable room, I had a double bed and a single bed even though it was just me. I also had my own bathroom which is nice because the other option is a shared bath in the hall. My only complaint is that the walls are super thin and you can hear everything and everyone. There seemed to be some sort of construction going on during my stay which made it quite loud but nothing to stress about. In regards to location it was nice and tranquil however for those planning to travel to Arenal during low season there are few restaurants open and they close quite early. If you don't mind eating dinner early or traveling into Palma for food then stay here!

Key was waiting on reception desk upon arrival transport links to palma outside hotel bus 23 supermarkets nearby tim the host friendly and helpful communal kitchen downstairs was useful and coffee tea sugar fridges and plenty of places to sit and eat tv on wall. And many books i was here in january and area was not to busy and we had storms i took bustrains to many parts of majorca i fully reccommend atlanta bus from arenal goes to airport 5euro thanks tim for welcome stay

Great place to stay while on Mallorca!! Convenient, yet just far enough away from the action. Hosts are very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!!

The hostel was pleasant. We were set up for the first floor, but we still had a few steps to climb. My parents are in their eighties and had their knees going out. Parking was very hard to find. I had to park in a parking lot about 100 yards before reaching the HOSTEL. Make sure you understand what a Hostel is. there were rooms that had to share a bathroom. It was next to a bar so it got kind of loud according to my parents. I DID NOT HEAR A THING...

Nice room and really pleasant staff...definitely stay again

We booked this hostel because it was close to the airport and we could get to it quickly by taxi. We were also going to a wedding nearby the next day. The room was clean but basic with a ceiling fan to blow the air around, it was very hot when we were there., the bathroom area was small with a small shower tray but fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our flight was delayed and the chap waited for us to arrive which wasn't until about 1 in the morning so we were very grateful for this. If we asked about taxis etc they booked them for us straight away and advised us about car hire. Hairdryers and extra shampoo etc were available when we asked.There was no breakfast provided but there was a communal area with comfy chairs, tv etc which had a kitchen with fridge,microwave,sink etc, food shops were close by and there are many cafes and restaurants. Tea and coffee was in the kitchen and free of charge. The main downside was the noise at night, people coming in at 3 to 4 in the morning having been clubbing and drinking then sitting in the reception area making a lot of noise. Our room was next to the reception area so we had two bad nights of sleep. The noise started again quite early in the morning as well. The hostel is close to the beach where there are lots of restaurants and cafes. We paid about £30 per night per person which is okay, if you want beach/clubbing/stay up all night type holiday and not worried about any luxuries then we would recommend.
