Very well kept hotel. Close to everything. Particularly the old town and all the eateries. 10 minutes walk from the main station. The room is very clean and comfortable, they use tatami like fabric for the room floor, which is quite nice.

We could see the river and Zurriola beach and the waves from our room but a short walk across the bridge. Staff was very nice. Let us check in early and gave us an upgrade!

The rooms are very simple, but functional. The bathroom is spacious, clean, with excellent updated plumbing 😉 Breakfast is simple, but very good. Location is excellent, close to evening - old town, river walks, main bus station, little port etc. Concha beach is only12 minutes walk.

The ladies at the front desk were so helpful, I was getting embarrassed. I highly recommend

Unfortunately the room did not have a bar fridge. We were unable to keep water cold. The addition of a small bar fridge would make a bit difference to the comfort of the stay.

The hotel is very well located, the receptionists (Isabel, Pino and Eider) are eager to help at all times. The room is missing a coffee maker.

Beautiful hotel that is very convenient to the old part of the city. The ladies that worked at the front desk were wonderful with us. Gave us great information on where to go and eat and drink. Definitely would go back there. Wish the parking garage was closer is all I would like different

Hotel is in great location. Front desk person was super nice and helpful. Room had a great view, the only negative would be it’s on the 1st floor. But overall very good hotel for the price.

This is cute little hotel we enjoyed for one night. Be prepared to pay 20€ for parking. It's situated in the old part of the town.
