Took our money we arrived at hotel and there was no one there to check us in we contacted the help line they ignored us

I was told by agent that I could not have the property I paid for as booking was made on day I wanted to begin reservation as their deposit system couldn’t process less than 24 hours. He offered me another no deposit room but for €200 more. I almost paid it until I was told that the swimming pools were closed from September and lied about it being a city policy. It is not. They then tried deleting messages when I said I would not pay the extra but luckily I deleted them. These people are scammers and Expedia have not done due diligence or followed up complaint. Please book elsewhere

BEWARE! Crazy system - you have to call them the DAY before you stay to organise entry. I didn’t see that instruction so missed it. Apartments almost impossible to find then wait for this - you have only a 2 hour check in slot. If you miss it (I did so my fault) you don’t get to stay! You paid for nothing! I stay in Fuengirola possibly 50 nights a year. I will 100% never stay at this place again because the entry system is terrible. Silly instructions and as a result beware - far easier options available. It’s cheap for a reason. Also located in a very loud area with a lot of loud music. Put simply, in my view, a very poor choice to be avoided.

This is a con. You pay your money but you will not get an apartment. Just like the other reviews say. Host doesn't respond to messages or calls. Then, last minute just before arrival comes up with a load of conditions you must meet to get the keys. Including photographing and emailing your credit card - really! The host will not meet you at the property - I waited 2 hours outside it. Then the host just stops responding once more, pockets your money and makes the apartment available for rent again. Had to book into a hotel instead.

This hotel is a private block of flats I have p,Hotta’s and interviewed residents. ITS A SCAM. Awaiting refundswimming pool is part of hotel next door where I had to book at great cost,nice place

a little complicated to begin. had to ask for each detail to enter the apartment. had booked saturday night. but was told at last minute it was not available . very poor. stayed extra night to make up for this. but not happy as i had plans there for the saturday night.

Llegué a la dirección indicada y no había ningún apartamento . Pregunté a unas persona del edifico y me comentaron que es un fraude y que son muchas las personas que han llegado preguntado por este apartamento Ruego por favor que lo quiten de su página y que me devuelvan mi dinero

Pues es un TIMO. Hago reserva, me piden documentos y no sé nada más hasta que me pongo en contacto con el apartamento y dice que los archivos no se ven. Intento volver a enviarlos pero no hay contestación de nadie. Me quitan el dinero, noches de hotel canjeadas, y sin respuesta de nadie. Debería ir a delitos informáticos de la guardia civil.

Je sui arriver sur place j’ai pas pu avoir l’hôte au telelephone qui voulait absolument que je paye 500euro de caution qui me rendra dans 1semaine et que je lui envoie ma carte bleu en photo j’ai jamais vu sa de ma vie j’ai appeller hôtel.com qui m’a laisser en attente j’ai passer plus de 4h au téléphone avec eux et la personne du rbnb de répondais plus j’ai pris un autre hôtel et je me sui pas fait rembourser ces une arnaque ne prenez jamais cette appartement ces totalement une arnaque orchestré

Personne ne répond au téléphone, ni aux mails. Tenté un contact de 14h à 20h. Personne . Pas pu séjourner dans ce site! Payé pour un service non rendu! J'ai du trouver un autre hébergement. Plus cher évidement ! Ils sont coutumier du fait ,et vous le savez. Pourquoi proposer encore, cet hébergement ? Que proposez vous pour le dedomagement?

Waited outside for hours – no one showed up, no one answered the phone, and no instructions were given. This place took our money and disappeared. Even Hotels.com couldn’t reach them for days. Zero professionalism. Avoid this place like the plague – it's a complete joke.
