Smashing hotel. Lift only goes to third floor so if you have mobility issues, request in advance a ground or level 2 and 3 room. No issue for us. The sensor lighting on fourth floor corridor not currently working but this is only an issue at nightfall ie when we arrived. Check in and check out super smooth, reception seems manned at all hours. We didn't take breakfast as there are lots of good cafes and supermarkets nearby.

Nice clean room and bathroom. Room is serviced each day of my stay. Helpful staff. Central location close to the Cathedral inside the walls. Close to the major sites.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Ávila. Comfy bed and the room had great A/C which was needed in the heat. The staff we met were all very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good for setting us up for the day. We parked in a car park just outside the city walls about a five minute walk from the hotel. Would recommend if staying in Ávila.

Great hotel, nice welcome and comfortable rooms. Located right within the city walls. Parking is expensive in the city though, but this isn't the hotels fault. Breakfast was good too

We loved our stay at Las Moradas. The hotel beautifully appointed and is located in the heart of the old city within walking to many wonderful sites. The staff was courteous and helpful. Parking is not onsite, but there is a parking garage within close range. Avila involves walking up and down many hills and the parking is no exception. Be prepared for walk uphill from the local parking garage. The daily overnight rate was quite reasonable, 14.45 euros. The breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant staff was pleasant and helpful. We loved our stay at this hotel!

The halls had a weird, ugly odor. The rooms were clean.

Excellent hotel

Great location and property well kept. Parking is a challenge downtown Salamanca, and that affects the easy access. Once there though, you will enjoy the premium location.
