This stay was honestly not enjoyable. We sustained constant loud construction works, people yelling and shouting and banging doors noises during day and also during the night, including well past mid night and early morning. Leaking shower taps sprying all trougout the bathroom and to the bedroom. Moldy curtains, and severely decayed furniture. Amenities were almost non existant, a full set of towels was missing, not even a full spare roll of toilet paper, or enough soap to finish off a one person single shower was provided. Staff tremendously rude and unhelpful, basically requesting us to deal directly with cleaning staff for any issues. Disappointing listing, i won't come again, and ill suggest Expedia shall consider removing this listing from data base. Overall it has been uncomfortable, under equipped stay in a leaky and decayed loud place, where is not even possible to sleep.

The room was not clean, nor the sheets on the bed. Despite the hotel being quite empty, the receptionist was singing and screaming from 5 am, horrible hotel. Never again

Location is magnificent no complaints best value for your money

Disappointing. No imformation given at check in. The room curtains had a huge hole in them. Very noisy. Good location but wouldnt stay again.

It was ok as I was on my own it suited me and it was good value

Very cold in room as a/c wasn’t very good on heat mode. Specifically booked here as has secure parking only to be told on arrival there is no room in secure parking. Was able to use the hotels street allocated parking though so not to much of a problem.

We had a fine stay at this hotel. It was just as advertised. Clean, easy to find location, friendly and helpful staff. Bed was surprisingly comfortable We were pleased.

Hotel was good, staff spoke English, reasonably centre location, walking distance from train and bus station (for me)

Parking fee is charged separately and receptionist does not speak or understand English, hence it was really difficult to communicate. Room is standard and other things are fine.

El precio no es muy elevado pero las habitaciones requieren de un mantenimiento y limpieza

Hemos venido mi hija y yo a pasar una noche, la habitación y el servicio perfecto para pasar una estancia corta,lo único puntualizar algo,no había pobrecito de gel,solo dos de champú, ni tampoco cepillo y pasta de dientes que suele haber siempre en los hoteles para aquellos como yo que se nos olvida el gel, pero lo dicho nada que no se hubiera podido arreglar.Perfecto la estancia

El hotel es antiguo y claramente necesitaría una renovación, particularmente de mobiliario. El sitio es estupendo, muy cerca del centro histórico y fácil de llegar. Para el precio que tiene sirve perfectamente. Tiene lo básico y necesario, está limpio... sin más.

El hotel estaba muy limpio y cuidado la atención muy bien, le resta un poco el tema de los ruidos de las habitaciones colindantes y que la bañera no tragaba mucho…

El recepcionista Roberto un auténtico profesional. Pedimos una habitación tranquila y nos dió el dormitorio de la azotea, completamente alejado de ruidos. Una habitación muy amplia y limpia. Un 10 para él
