The accommodations were impeccable. Maya was very helpful with recommendations. The location is a couple of blocks from the center. Parking can be a bit challenging but again Maya was very helpful. The facility is located on a sloped street but the town has installed electric escalators which are located about 300’ from the property door as you exit left.

This is a very small, quiet, low key place to stay. They don't have a full-time person at the desk but they arrange to be there for your check-in and are beyond kind and friendly. The room was immaculate and there was a little outdoor patio attached. The hotel is located in a steep hill but there are outdoor escalators only one block over that run from 6am-12am.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room and great price

Had a great stay in Santander with Oskar and team, everybody was very helpful allowing us to leave bags before check in, making sure the bed configuration was comfortable for four friends and answering any questions we had. Great location near to the bus stop, supermarket next door and all of Santander a walkable distance away. Thanks!

Center Suites are located in an excellent central location and a small supermarket on the same street was very useful. The room was a good size with a kettle, coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge which was a bonus. The standard of cleaning was very high, and towels changed when requested. Information provided beforehand by Oskar was very helpful in getting to the property and also useful information on local restaurants. The team were also available to contact during our stay in person and via WhatsApp which was particularly helpful during a power outage. We would definitely return and recommend the property!

The room and the property were spotless. Possibly the comfiest bed and pillows we have ever encountered! Clean, spacious and complete bathroom with gel/shampoo. It's not far away from nice places to eat and for a night drink too. Lovely helpful staff that helped us through the check-in process. An overall recommended stay experience.

Great location. Very nice staff. Room was nice. Very nice bed. Cons: stark white lighting, not a comfy vibe at night, lack of black out drapes, always on green light above door made for a bad sleep.

Staff was very helpful. We had a late check-in and had some difficulties; however, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. He also gave us the full rundown on Santander . Beautiful rooms. Very modern and clean.

Nos gustó mucho, instalaciones limpias, justo en el centro, con parking línea en azul pero después de las 8pm no se paga. Es auto check in, se hace fácil y rápido. Cuenta con horno microondas y un frigobar. Todo muy bien

Muito bem localizado, o hotel é uma boa escolha para Santander. Apesar de não oferecer café da manhã e estacionamento, ambas as necessidades era supridas a uma curta distância a pé. Fomos recebidos muito bem e com explicações e sugestões sobre a cidade. Recomendo para uma passagem por Santander e arredores.

Suites très bien situées. A 5 minutes du centre. Toutes commodités à proximité. Accueil chaleureux, personnel à l'écoute et très cordial. Hébergement irréprochable côté propreté. Je recommande.
