The hotel is right in the center, nice location so I booked a room on the night of November 8, 2025 When I arrived, the hotel reported a system error, no rooms, and asked to pay me but I did not agree. The hotel manager changed me to another hotel in the same system but in Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay, 8km away. Quite sad and disappointed because I brought my little one with me. The manager supported the taxi fare to the new hotel but if the hotel had informed in advance, it would not have taken such time. Let me be proactive first,

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. There was poor communication between the staff regarding my late check-out request. I had informed the hotel in advance that I would check out at 5:00 PM, but around 4:48 PM, a male receptionist came to my room and reminded me (in an unpleasant manner) that I should have checked out at 11:00 AM. When I explained that I had already arranged a late check-out, I didn’t receive any apology for the misunderstanding. His attitude felt quite unprofessional. Besides that, my room was not cleaned daily unless I specifically asked for it. During my stay, I also noticed cockroaches and quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. I hope the hotel can improve its communication between staff and pay more attention to cleanliness and customer service.

The hotel is beautiful but the staff is not enthusiastic. My room had no towels or drinking water. When I asked to borrow a bowl, they said they didn't have any. In general, I have stayed here several times and have not seen the enthusiasm of the staff.

The downside is that there is no parking space, the staff told me to find a parking space outside.
