I stayed for a week, the location is strategic and comfortable, but the cleaning staff is often late in cleaning. That's all, the rest is good👍🏼👍🏼

Very comfortable, next to the mosque, easy to find food, just need to be firm about those who smoke in the room.

The family arrived at 11 am, then tried to check in and was told it had to be at 2 pm. Finally, we waited outside in very hot conditions. At 1:30 pm, the receptionist called us to check in, she said we could wait in the lobby, the problem is why did they only say this now, why not from the beginning. Even though this is the second experience staying here. Very disappointing, driving to Surabaya Kadipaten was very tiring and then waiting for 2.5 hours in the heat. The hot water was all off in the morning and night.

The bathroom door can't be closed, once forced to close it is difficult to open, the standard room is better than the deluxe. Very noisy from night until dawn, the music is very loud and the ladies are always screaming. Banging on the door without warning. Laughing incoherently in the hallway. Very disturbing.

Overall it was very good, the place was comfortable, highly recommended, we stayed for 3 nights.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the check-in process was easy.
