We arrived late at night and the lighting wasn't very helpful, but the receptionist came out to find us, which was appreciated.
Our room was boiling hot and the window had restrictors, for security I guess, but there were no fans available at reception, as they'd all been allocated.
Then I realised the radiator was on in the room!
The next day, we were in the room with the window open (as much as it would open) and the blind open to try to allow a breeze in to cool the room down. The maintenance team arrived and promptly started working on the outside of our bedroom window. We had no prior knowledge of this, we hadn't been asked, or warned.
My daughter had just got out of the shower and was in her towel, and was shocked to see them right outside the window. Obviously she closed the blind immediately, but they carried on regardless.
I did make reception aware, they said sorry, but that was it.
The restaurant was good. Food was nice and the staff were helpful and friendly, but the whole stay was overshadowed by a serious breach of privacy.
