I booked and paid for the room in advance but when I got there there was no room. The staff at the counter said we had to move to a smaller room for another hour before we had a room. Okay, I waited, after eating, my family came back and found out that the room was ready BUT the staff at the counter arbitrarily moved my things to the new room without asking for my opinion. I was shocked and didn't know what to say, in general it was terrible, very terrible.
