Loved this hotel. Very comfortable, safe. Great neighborhood. So many restaurants and parks in both directions.

The staff members were very nice and we had a great experience there!!!! The location is amazing and there are so many nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

Everything great, just 2 things we didn't like: - The bathroom ridiculous small - We didn't like the bed (this is personal)

Very cute hotel in the best location of Polanco. You can walk to dinner or simply shop. Only thing the hotel room didn’t have and needs is a full size mirror

Staff service the best, room was clean, minimalistic deco and great great location.

I was left disappointed by my recent stay at this property, which did not live up to expectations. Clear communication was lacking, as we weren’t informed about ongoing reparations. The water supply was unreliable, with frequent disruptions almost everyday of my stay including an entire day on Monday. Additionally, the front area was under construction, making navigation with luggage difficult. The early morning repair work, starting at 6am, was particularly disturbing with loud and constant hammering. Quite frustrating especially on your vacations. After voicing my concerns and the inconvenience at the front desk, I was told the manager would contact me via WhatsApp, but I received no follow-up. This lack of response only added to the frustration of the experience.

recently stayed at Casa Ofelia in Polanco as a group of three couples, just a short walk to the best restaurants, shops, and parks. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Loved the location!

The hotel was nice and the staff was extra helpful. When they found out is was my birthday they went above and beyond to make us happy!

After reading some horrible reviews on here, I am glad to report that my experience was really nice and I thought the staff was always friendly and helpful. The Ofelia Suite terrace is awesome!

Wonderful little place! Nice balcony and the place is located in the heart of a lot of amazing restaurants, shops, bakeries and coffee shops. And super friendly staff! Thanks so much!

Excellent hotel. The deluxe room we reserved is big, clean, comfortable, and safe.

This property is in an excellent location. The staff, interior finishes, and security were all very good. The issue is plumbing related. Our bathroom smelled very badly off sewer odor. I suspect that the floor drain behind the toilet was either plumbed incorrectly, or that there is a plumbing issue elsewhere. We left the bathroom exhaust fan on and closed the door to prevent the room from smelling badly. I would not recommend staying at this property unless the plumbing issue is resolved.

Perfect spot in Polanco. Hotel is located near restaurants and stores and has the perfect atmosphere.

BE AWARE OF THE SCAM! We booked a Deluxe Suite” with a terrace from the pictures on Expedia the property posted and instead we got a normal room with a tiny balcony. We had no soap on the arrival and we didn’t get any cleaning service for 3 days. The phone wasn’t working and the door on the bathroom was broken. When we arrived the guy at the front desk didn’t even looked at us, he was such an arrogant impolite person. Mostly of the time nobody was at the front desk and if one of the two was there didn’t even say a word to the guest. Also another couple we met was absolutely frustrated with the lack of service and the level of arrogance from the staff. It was such a terrible experience, I’m filing a complaint to Expedia and Amex. DO NOT GO TO THIS PROPERTY, there are way better options in Mexico City for the same price and you’ll get a smile days and nights and a quality service and especially they don’t scam you with fake advertising.
