Was in the room for less than 2 hours and noticed small red bugs on the beds. Looked online and realized they were BED BUGS! We were not going to stay at this motel with it being infected with bed bugs. Showed a pic to office personnel and offered to show them the room(they refused to look). I was told I’d receive my $$$ back within 24-48hrs. It’s been 72 hrs and I’ve not received anything back. Will never consider staying at any properties associated with this place

The internet connection is slow and only works in the rooms closest to the office. My window is busted out and my toilet i backed up and i asked to change rooms and was given a hard time about it. Also I've been bitten by something like crazy

Great stay. Only issue is the smoke smell on the sheets. I could smell it clearly in the bedding. Made me wonder if sheets and bedding were changed before our areival. Could also be the age of the mattress.

Our experience was horrible. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a kitchenette. Upon check in we were put in a room with 1 bed and kitchenette. We went back to the front office to have the room corrected and the woman tried to argue telling me the room she put us in had two beds. After several minutes of back and forth she finally switched us rooms, this time 2 beds no kitchenette. It was the end of a long day so we weren't going to argue that further but the room windows did NOT lock, one was open when we got there, the curtains were transparent, there was a cockroach, and the shower had fuzzy mold in it. When we went back down to the office to bring these issues to their attention and request a refund the woman still tried to argue that we were wrong. We had to walk her to the room to show her the problems. She finally acknowledged them but then refused to ussue a refund. We contacted expedia who reached out to the property and were told they would issue a refund the next day. Over a week later there was no refund issued. We tried to contact the hotel but their phone lines were down. Reached back out to expedia who was also unable to reach the property. Eventually, we were able to reach the mananager who explained he's been on vacation for a week but that no manager has been present at the property since he's been gone and nobody else could authorize the refund. That in itself is baffling to me but the complete lack of communication was unacceptable!

Room is not clean and smelled like cigarette smoke bugs on the walls. Sheets are torn. No extra pillows. No lights work or missing lights bulbs. I understand being a cheap hotel not to expect much but I will not be staying here again.

Room had not been cleaned, trash can was still half full and there was even trash in the sink, at least the bed appeared to have been made. There was a musty, old smoke smell throughout, likely from the incredibly dirty carpeting. It was larger than most in this price range so the space was nice and for being so close to the highway it was quieter than I expected and the bed was fairly comfy so there were good points. Overall for the price it was about what you would expect, the smell was really the worst of it and it wasn't too terrible.
