This house is brimming with style and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this luxurious and historical home. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing both mornings. They catered to my food allergies, and were eager to accommodate. Our room "The Henry" was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable that I did not want to wake up! This home is located on a street lined with idyllic Victorian estates and overlooks the beautiful river. The grounds were quite spacious and well landscaped. We booked this room last minute (the afternoon of) and were welcomed by the owner with a phone call within minutes of making the reservation. I highly recommend coming here to unplug from the world and to enjoy a stylish and modern spin on 1883 living.

It was the perfect way to start each day and loved how accommodating they were to my dietary restrictions. What truly sets this B&B apart is the hospitality. The hosts went above and beyond to make me feel at home, offering local tips, making sure I had everything I needed, and treating every guest like family. You can feel the passion and care that goes into running this place, and it makes all the difference. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, character, and exceptional service, this is it. I can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to come back! I wish there were more stars to give!

My husband decided to purchase a car across the state, so I spontaneously booked this gem without much research. The pics looked cool on hotels.com and I love the restaurant, The Garlic, which is close by. I could not believe our good fortune finding Victoria 1883!!!!! It is in a word, SPECTACULAR!!!! Everything is decorated perfectly. This, the oldest house in New Smyrna Beach, has been gorgeously updated with a graceful nod to the home's history, naming each room according to the original owner's. The bedding was the most comfortable ever. The breakfast was delicious. The guests were delightful. The hostess was kind and gracious. I cannot suggest this bnb enough!!!

This is an amazing property that all should experience. Beautiful grounds and rooms. Delicious food, impeccable service. Do yourself a service and experience Victoria 1883. We hope to be back in the Orlando area again, when we will absolutely stay again.

This is a truly exceptional facility. The staff was caring, friendly, helpful. They were all committed to helping us to enjoy our stay. The spaces were recently redecorated with extreme care. Both the public areas and guest rooms are inviting and comfortable. The breakfasts were superb- cooked with care- interesting quiches and irresistible baked goods. I understand that it’s a preferred wedding spot and I understand why- but even on a rainy weekend in February it was a special oasis.

Beautifully decorated property and grounds. Serene environment, yet only minutes to everything available to experience in the area. Wonderful cooked breakfast provided by thoughtful and attentive staff.

Nothing was walkable. Had to drive everywhere and we do like walking, just not 45 minutes to a destination.

This is a small stunning Inn with design of impeccable taste. The room was spacious, amenities lovely, bedding was very high end and overall comfort was superior. We rate this Inn a ten plus.

A beautiful accommodation. From the beautiful grounds, luxuriously comfortable bed to the gourmet breakfast - it's hard to get better than this at any price. The owner, Fabiola, is appropriately named - truly fabulous.
