Overall neat. Pillows, blankets, bolsters all smell good. The people are also nice. My regular stay there every time I go home because it's close to everywhere

The location is close to places to eat and there is an ATM in front of the road to the hotel, there is a field for jogging or other sports activities.

for the bathroom part it is clean but the hot water in the bathroom is not working, maybe it can be fixed, or you can inform the hours or time for hot water access the kitchen part for the refrigerator is not clean enough, you can put a sign to maintain cleanliness for residents and for employees it is better to set a routine cleaning time or time but for some of the wifi is good and fast, the room is clean and comfortable, the AC is cold, the location is strategic

Honestly, this hotel is very comfortable. The hotel interior is modern, the rooms are nice, clean, the AC is cold. The TV already uses a smart TV, so you can watch YouTube, Netflix, and even complete cable TV broadcasts. Plus there is a complete pantry that can be used. There is also a balcony that is really nice to just get some air and see the night atmosphere of Manado city. And the price is very affordable. BUT !!! There are 2 things that are a problem for me personally. 1. Water Quality. I'm sorry the water is cloudy and has a kind of iron taste. That's why while I was here I brushed my teeth with drinking water. Because of the iron smell after taking a shower my skin smelled of iron instead of soap, and that happened to all the taps and water sources in the hotel. Also for hot water in the shower it didn't work 🥹 2. Wifi is slow. Those are the only 2 things that I feel are lacking. But I really like staying here for 3 nights, only please the hotel can pay attention to the water quality because it is very important. Once again, my stay here was very comfortable, and hopefully the hotel can improve the water reservoir and water quality. I will still give the highest rating, but hopefully the hotel can fix what I wrote above. ✨😇

I booked a single bed room, and without breakfast. I really like staying here. Because the room is clean and fragrant. But maybe... it's not that soundproof. So if there are kids making noise outside, it can be heard really well inside the room. Also, you can't bring guests. It's a bit of a hassle, if you meet friends you have to go out because you're only allowed to go as far as the lobby. But other than that, it's comfortable to stay here. Especially for those who intend to vacation alone. Hopefully, the hotel will continue to maintain it.

Later I will go to Manado and come back here.

The room is clean, neat and fragrant. Strategic location. But the area is congested. A bit noisy because it is close to the highway. Overall I like this place, if I go to this area again, I might stay here again.
