Strategic location, easy to access, excellent service, and the menu is okay

The rooms are nice, spacious, and super luxurious. They offer a great city view. The food is varied and delicious, but the noodles are a bit hard, and there are too many sweet options for snacks. The restaurant is nice, spacious, and looks luxurious. There's a nice smoking area too. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The lobby is top-notch. Really nice.

The hotel service was very friendly from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice, and the facilities were complete. The location was excellent and quite strategic.

Satisfying.....comfortable...just the check-in time was a bit long because the room was still being cleaned but it was still comfortable maybe because it was busy....overall it was nice, comfortable, clean and friendly...good job

woke up early morning because noise from neighbouring mosque is too loud. Also, try to shower at 10PM only to find shower gel is empty.

Just one night and it was my first time, I think it was comfortable,,, it's just a shame that the location is so bad that at night there's no one selling good hotels

the room is fururistic, cozy, and clean. When we go inside, it looks like we are in spaceship. I very like the cafe. friendly staff. the taste of foods are delicious. I think the owner is visioner and great taste.

clean place, close to city center

very good but sorry the first time I opened the door it was already difficult (didn't have time to video) then when I went out to close the door... the handle came off and I didn't enter, I waited in front of the door for a long time after that, I changed rooms... I thought the room would be the same rather than moving rooms, I thought it would be uncomfortable, but instead I was given a twin. nice and cool. continue! I guess I'm unlucky.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the bedroom and bathroom are very clean and comfortable, recommend staying here, no regrets.

The hotel is still new, clean, delicious food, aesthetic... the kids are happy... The reception is helpful, especially Mba Lady (if I'm not mistaken). Check in is fast.... everything is good... will be back very soon.... the kids are happy.
