Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly

Excellent location, helpful staff, close to everything.

From the moment we stepped in to the hotel we knew we had chosen a great hotel. The hotel staff were more than friendly and accommodating, so when it was time to fly home, needless to say, our stay felt way too short. We want to give a particular mention to Desire at the hotel reception who was very helpful, friendly and always smiling! The room did not disapoint and as we had requested well in advance of our stay, we were given a top floor room which had a good view of the sea and surrounding area. The bed linen, towels and facilities were changed daily without fail. The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we have had with a very broad selection of cooked foods, pastries, fruits, cereals and cakes! Hot drinks are brought to the table on request and the staff were usually very attentive to take your order. As we were out exploring during our stay, we did not experience the Bistro, Spa or onsite gym. Hotel Movenpick, we are impressed and would recommend you to anyone looking for a great hotel in Bari! Until the next time....

Staff support was excellent, specially from the chief manager attending at the hotel, she is from Germany. Great person, very supportive and helpful.

We had a lovely stay and it was a great location to explore the city.

The location is excellent, just in the city centre, still quiet. The front desk and valet were very helpful. The breakfast was mediocre and the number of staff was inadequate for serve large number of guests. The room shower was not properly cleaned.

Great, modern & clean hotel adjacent to the old town.

Great location for just about everything. 5 minutes walk to the old town and 15minutes to the station for trips by bus and train. Breakfast selection could not be better but, without a doubt, this hotels greatest asset is its staff. They were fantastic!

After noon chocolate hour was great. Bar was fully stocked and had anything you wanted. Decor and atmosphere was fantastic.

This was a wonderful Hotel that I highly recommend. All the staff was very tentative. The chocolate happy hour was great. Check-in and check-out was easy. Location was wonderful too.

Checked in early and staff amazingly friendly x that part great start. After which it went down hill. Now I know if I wasn’t happy with the room you should always call reception and ask to change but we had booked a standard room and so to be fair it was okay. However come midnight, there is a green light constantly flashing in the room and the shower fixtures are broken so you have to hold the hose, the facia to the charge point was hanging off so not safe and honestly for £200 a night really poor. Breakfast fine. But when we told the reception in the morning the greeting was what do you want us to do it’s to late now. Really poor finish which ia a shame.

Lovely hotel, close to old town of Bari. Lovely helpful staff, good reasonably priced food in the hotel bistro. Would recommend!

We rent a car at the airport and it was fast to speak and arrange with staffs. Breakfast was good. This hotel situation very good. You can walk from the hotel to city center about 9 minutes. City center very nice to visit and restaurant. We went to wine bar il Tranquillo and the owner very nice with good selection of wine .
