Nice quiet room.

Very clean, quiet and great room.

The place is so convenient to go access Christchurch. The room is nice too :)

Spacious and quiet.

Had a great 3 night stay at the Elmwood, reception team and housecleaning were helpful and friendly. Certainty consider staying at the Elmwood on our next visit to Christchurch.

A little out of town but easy 20 min walk to the CBD. Nice and quiet. The guy at reception was really friendly and helpful with dining tips.

It was amazing! We liked it so much, we stayed twice as long as we had planned to.

We loved this place! The room was delightful and comfortable. Everything was spotless. The bed was so comfortable. Despite being near a main road it was very quiet. Will definitely book again next time we are in Chch.

This is a motel in excellent condition. Recently refurbished and kept clean and tidy. It's quiet considering it's in town. We stopped here twice, first ti.e direct from the airport, 2nd to break a journey. Both times the guy on reception was very welcoming, offered milk with no prompting. 1st ti.e Expedia had failed to pay them despite taking the money from me! He was so relaxed about it he even apologised to me for the inconvenience and made the whole experience hassle free, such a nice guy!

Our one bedroom unit on the ground floor was very spacious and comfortable and surprisingly quiet being right on a main road. Lots of off road parking.

We came to this property straight from our arrival at the airport. So we arrived very tired obviously. The accomodation was clean and spacious

Superb host. Amazing clean fresh renovation. Very pleased. One thing that must be considered is there is no air conditioner. For me a must for any accomodation.
