The building is old, so some areas smelled musty and possibly moldy. I booked the highest room, but I had to change rooms because the first room I was shown had termite wings on the mattress and the amenities hadn't been restocked. So, it seems the hotel staff wasn't very responsive in preparing the room. After changing to a second room, it was safe, with the added benefit of a Samsung smart TV and a bathtub with hot water. But other than that, it seems there are competitors that are better than this for a similar price.

I'm tired of writing complaints. First, they didn't provide amenities such as towels, sandals, soap, shampoo, tissues, let alone Aqua. Okay, just ask for it. Oh, when I opened the shower tap, the shower tap broke and my shower started to flood. Okay, just complain about changing rooms. Once I changed rooms, the floor and mat were sandy, the tap water was turned off. Next, when the tap water was on, and I tried to turn it on, there was no/no hot water. Come on, seriously, these 2 rooms are not good, I originally wanted to stay here because there was a hot shower. OH, it's hard to even take a shower. Please tell me how I can give a good review to this place after going through all the incidents above.

The cleanliness is quite clean, but the swimming pool is very dirty, it cannot be used for swimming.
