Overall, a good value hotel for the price. The room was small, but it was a very clean place. There was no refrigerator, coffee, tea, or any other drinks available. This was unlike the usual hotels in other places, and it might not be common in Europe. But not even a phone in the room to communicate with reception!

I was there for 2 nights only had terrible jet lag and was trying to sleep a specific schedule to keep me on track for when I return to the US. The maid (or who knows who honestly) opened my door and woke me up while sleeping 3 times (knocked quietly then immediately unlocked and opened door). And btw when I was out at conference from 9am to 9pm she was never there never cleaned never refreshed tea or coffee or towels or whatever. I screwed up the dates on my reservation and booked a night early so paid for 3 nights but had no cleaning, just repeated sleep disruptions. My god what a hospitality fail.

Wonderful break in the beautiful city of Prague. One Cloud hotel is in a good location for sightseeing. A very well presented new hotel, it has a lovely entrance and great staff to welcome you. Our room was very clean and tidy. Unfortunately it was extremely compact with no space to move around. Do not plan to hang up or get all your clothes unpacked as the storage space is very, very limited. Bed was comfortable but pillows were cheap and very soft. Nice strong and hot shower, but the toilet/shower room is tiny. Towels were very small and we had to get extra towels in order to get dry. They are obviously trying to be eco friendly with towels but as we ended up requiring more towels, this attempt has failed. Surely giving cients one large towel is better than them having two small ones and also havingto use all the hand towels as well? The rooftop bar was a perfect place to sit. Drink menu and service was excellent but the food offering was a terrible attempt at a menu. 5 options of little snacks, that were far from inspiring Go to the Rustico restaurant about 100m away if you're hungry on arrival. As I said the hotel is new, and furniture etc is very good so visually its excellent, but in reality it is not the place to stay if you're visit is more than one night as the rooms are tiny. We will visit Prague again but will not stay at One Cloud.

Fantastically convenient (close to old town without the crowds of old town and close to the train station) and super clean and comfortable. However, no drinking water was available in the room and couldn't find any in the hotel.

Hotel is in a great location if you are arriving and leaving by train and is an easy 5 minute walk from the station and a short stroll into town. Clean comfy big bed and good shower. Nice bar on top floor of hotel. Great for a nightcap. Staff were lovely

Perfectly positioned for a city break, only 15 minute walk in to the old city via Powder Gate, straight down the street. Main railway station a 5 min walk round the corner. Yes rooms are not big nor do they have a mini bar or kettle but if you are on a city break - so what? Billa supermarket is down the next block and is open until 11pm and there are loads of coffee/bake shops en route to the old city ( in fact we didn't eat in the hotel restaurant as there are so many cafes/restaurants to try and so little time - sorry One Cloud!). Rooms are very comfortable, clean and fresh. Staff very friendly and accommodating. 6th floor bar lounge is excellent. Would definitely stay at One Cloud again if i return to Prague.

Great stay just outside the Prague old town. Very well connected to the city and airport through extensive public transportation network. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good and staff very helpful.

The hotel is well situated as it’s close to the city center and a five minute walk to the train station. Parking was just outside the door and breakfast was above average. Highly recommended

The attitude of 90% of the workers was absolutely awful!! Wether it was checking in while the person was having a casual chat with his co-worker or asking the workers at the bar for ANYTHING and feeling like they freaking HATE you for coming to them at all!! The Rooms are super basic. No minibar/ no coffe machine/ kettle.. The cleaning crew sometimes did amazing and sometimes didn't show up at all. We paid extra 20€ per night for our dog and the carpet wasn't even daily vacuumed.

A basic mini fridge was not made available. Wanted to buy some drinks to chill but ended up not buying any without it.

The hotel felt like a maze to find my room as well as finding my way back to the lifts/reception/bar. It had a student accommodation type feel to it. Nevertheless, the rooms were sleek, clean, and comfortable. I liked the fact that they gave 2 separate duvets. Roof terrace was great, although breakfast was rather chaotic with poor seating arrangements and terrible hot food options with no practical way of eating as most tables were too low to eat from.
