- The room's AC took a while to cool down. - Many of the breakfast items at 7:00 AM were still cold, and the taste needs to be improved. - The restaurant's standby staff wasn't very active.

My first staycation here, and it was quite memorable for my family. The building is well-maintained. Breakfast was quite varied. The only thing I missed was the receptionist's information about the free parking ticket. It should have been part of the standard operating procedure, so we had to pay for parking because we already had it. But overall, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you.

closest to the event venue, breakfast 8/10, room cleanliness 7/10 (during my stay it seemed like the toilet wasn't cleaned, only flushed, tissue paper was running low and not replaced, after I asked for the toilet to be cleaned, it was cleaned), staff friendliness 7/10 (sometimes friendly, sometimes not, depending on the number of guests staying and the hectic situation it seems), the security guard and bellboy were friendlier than the receptionist. The swimming pool and gym are okay. For a room price of 930/night, I hope the service can be better in the future. Thank you.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, roadside location not far from the main road, varied breakfast menu for the archipelago. Complete facilities in the men's shower room with steam and sauna, and hot and cold water pools, but in the women's shower room only has a sauna.

I stayed through a local travel booking. but it said that through local travel the booking only had one key. whereas every time we wanted to go downstairs, it was difficult for the husband and wife. There should be a key even though the booking was through local travel, they should be given two accesses.
