A budget hotel with a fairly affordable rate. The hotel building appears new, the service is friendly, and the parking lot isn't too large. The rooms aren't spacious, but they're still adequate for two people. The rooms are clean, with quite complete amenities: cool air conditioning, a working TV, and bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, and a water heater. The bathrooms are clean and quite well-equipped.

This is the first time in my life that I have given a bad review to a hotel. I requested a late check out for Dhuhur prayer (which may be the latest at 12.30), and was charged 15%. So far, when staying at a hotel, I have been fine with other hotels, especially for prayers, not because I was negligent in checking out. And be careful at this hotel if you leave even the slightest stain on their mattress, they will immediately charge you, even though it is a stain that can be cleaned with just a wet tissue. As a guest with a toddler, I don't feel that this hotel is family friendly enough to be able to understand the family's situation. Hopefully they can improve their management because the receptionist I saw was still new and not very experienced so they were not sensitive to the guest.

I am very satisfied staying at the resong Hotel, with the service provided, this is my first time staying at a star hotel 🌟🌟 the facilities and services feel like a star hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The reception is fast, and the other staff are also friendly. for complete facilities, clean rooms already use water heaters and of course you can also watch NETFLIX for free. Next time I go to Padang I will stay again at RESONG HOTEL. Highly recommended for those looking for a low budget hotel but feel like staying in a hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟 because access everywhere is close to the airport only 25 minutes to the city center only 10 minutes the supermarket is only 800M away want to find food around the hotel there are also many who sell heavy meals / just snacks. maybe because it's close to campus too it's great👍
