Staff was amazing and accommodating. First class front desk staff. Location was Perfect.

Location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is absolutely amazing . Ready to help with bags offering coffee etc . Parking near the hotel is not so easy. Would not recommend the breakfast.

Our first time in Toulouse and our stay at this property was great. Excellent location and the room was small but functional. Front staff was amazing - special credit to Shadie who went above and beyond. Housekeeping could have topped off some room amenities but small issue - overall enjoyed and recommend.

Limited breakfast. Returned back at end of the day and our room door wasn’t shut, so anyone could’ve accessed the room. No hand soap, just lotion. Not a 4* establishment.

Had a wonderful (and very unexpected) one-night stay at OVYO Hôtel. My flight got cancelled at 6am—right as I was leaving my Airbnb—so this turned into a quick, slightly chaotic search for a place to stay till the next day. I dropped my bags in the morning and only returned in the evening, but even in that short window, the experience was great. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful (especially appreciated on a day like that), the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked the small, thoughtful touches—sleeping mask, earplugs, nice tea… The location is excellent, on a quiet street yet very close to everything. Would absolutely stay here again if I am ever back to the pink city.

Excellent stay. Very helpful staff, even though we arrived quite late, and the room was clean, well-organised, spacious and comfortable.

Valentine on reception is outstanding. Professional with lots of good advice, making sure your stay is rewarding. One big note of caution....if you are arriving by car, reconsider. The incompetent people who run the parking off site are a disgrace. Their lift is frequently out of service as are their ticketing machines. They are making a huge amount of money but spending NOTHING on maintenance

Nous avons été accueillis plus tôt que prévus et l'équipe a été chaleureuse tout au long du séjour. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux. Des points d'amélioration seraient envisageables : - un porte manteaux dans la chambre, - une meilleure isolation phonique de la porte de chambre, - des serviettes de douche un peu plus grandes.

Personnel très courtois et aidant. Chambre donnant sur rue un peu bruyante avant 23 h. Fourniture spontanée de bouchons d oreilles. Petit dejeuner très bien. Le clavier pour climatisation et chauffage est très lumineux, gênant pour ceux qui aime le noir total
