Nice updated room. AC worked great. Bathroom was also really nice and updated. Staff was really kind and helpful. Probably one of the best hotel gyms I've seen.

The non balcony rooms are just as crazy nice if not better but smaller. I wish I could live here to be honest lol

only street parking available and no parking garages nearby. Hotel staff suggested a parking area that was very sketchy. Floors in room dirty and bed/pillows were not comfortable.

Staff were responsive to requests.

Safe was not in working order so we had to carry around our valuables.

The property is conveniently located and in walking distance to transportation and eateries. I had a room with a generous sized balcony and a nice view, but unfortunately, I found hair in the bathroom and shower, and the room did not have a chair for sitting. My room had a safe but the safe was inoperable. If management focuses on a few key details, this would be a great place to stay.

Some rooms are getting a little worm but still super nice esp if you get one of their amazing housekeepers (they actually clean your room, not just touch up). The construction across the street already started but their windows are daf soundproof it doesn’t bother you but might be something to consider for those using the balconies during the day time that’s having that street (at night it’s fine they only work during day hours)

Floor was slippery didn’t really want to walk in bare foot. Everything else was fine considering the price it was okay. Location is good close to subway

Nova hotel is a nice very friendly hotel located in the Bushwick / Williamsburg area of brooklyn. If you want something that's isolated and quiet perfect hotel. The staff there are very nice and pleasant and very friendly. The hotel is not too far from a little mini market, a coffee shop around the corner, a deli a pizzeria so you can never complain about food. Would love to see them upgrade their continental breakfast but overall for my weekend stay there I give it a 10 out of 10

Amazing little underrated hotel. Scared to even leave a review because the more I stay here the more I like it and don’t want rooms to be sold out in a night I need/want to come by haha tried their breakfast finally, everything was so delicious and high quality I didn’t expect to like it that much. Was really nice like everything else here, simple and pleasant.
