The receptionist was rude, when I went to check in, she seemed to not find my name on her phone even though I've gave her my booking ticket. She just checked my phone and then asked how much I've paid from app. And then she gave me a key and said, "We only have this room, if you like it you can take it, if you don't, just okay." I was so tired so I said okay, but the room that she gave didn't have a TV and balcony and only had 1 towel!
